Order Cancellations
- Orders canceled at least 3 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date are eligible for a full refund.
- Orders canceled 1–2 days before the delivery date are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery or pickup are non-refundable, as arrangements and materials will have already been prepared.
Product Quality Issues
- If you are not satisfied with the quality of the flowers or arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- We may offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit, depending on the issue and condition of the product upon delivery.
Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information
- If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or other client-provided issues, the order is non-refundable.
- However, we will make every effort to contact you and attempt redelivery (additional charges may apply).
Special Occasion or Custom Orders
- Orders for weddings, events, or customized arrangements require at least 5 days notice for cancellation to receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 5 days before such events are non-refundable due to the preparation and special materials involved.
Non-Delivery Due to Our Error
- If the order is not delivered due to a mistake on our part, we will provide a full refund or immediate redelivery, based on your preference.
